Privacy notice

Who we are

epiquexp.live is the website of Epique LIVE Experiences Pvt Ltd ("Epique", "we", "us"), a private limited company in India. It describes the live experiences we design and produce. This notice explains what personal data the website handles and why. Our registered office address and corporate registration details are available on request from support@epiquexp.live.

This notice covers this website only. Work we carry out for a client is governed by the agreement we sign with that client.

What we collect

• Server and security logs. When your browser requests a page, the servers that host the site record your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user agent. We use these records to deliver the site, keep it secure and investigate faults.
• Email. The site has no forms. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use it to reply and to deal with your enquiry.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies. It has no sign-in, no chat assistant and no forms.

The page's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and user agent in that request.

Who else handles it

The site runs on the EventZR platform, which hosts it on Google Cloud. Our email runs on Google Workspace. These providers may process data outside India. We share personal data only with them, as needed to run the site, or where the law requires it.

Why we use it, and for how long

We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, either because you gave it to us for a purpose (writing to us) or because it is needed to run the site securely. We keep it only as long as that purpose needs: email for as long as the enquiry and any work that follows from it, and server logs for the limited period set by our hosting.

Your rights

You may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to support@epiquexp.live. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the grievance officer below and, afterwards, the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning live experiences. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before writing to us.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data described here.

Using this site

epiquexp.live is operated by Epique LIVE Experiences Pvt Ltd. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information only

The site describes what we do. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a promise of availability. Any work is agreed in a separate written contract.

The images shown on the home page are concept visualisations of the Epique identity. They are design studies, not past productions.

Our name and content

The Epique LIVE Experiences name, the EPIQUE wordmark, the Round Rhythm symbol and the text and images on this site belong to Epique or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, adapt or use them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or collect its content by automated means in a way that burdens it.

Links and liability

Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
